On-demand dog walking, built on trust.
A social app that connects dog owners with trusted walkers nearby, from a last-minute urgent walk to a planned one, in just a few taps.

Tap the screen (or use the controls) to move through the real journey, from choosing your dog to watching the walk happen live.
Open the app and start a new walk request.
PpTime connects dog owners with trusted walkers, whether it's a last-minute need or a planned walk. Browse verified profiles, read reviews, and pick the best fit for your dog based on size, needs and energy.
Owners can add special care notes, choose a pickup address, pay securely, track the walk live, and get a photo update, peace of mind that their pup is in good hands.
My role: I led the UX research and the end-to-end UI, from the quantitative survey and persona work through information architecture, user flows, wireframes, a full design system, and a clickable prototype.
Dog owners with busy or unpredictable schedules constantly hit the same wall: they need someone trustworthy to walk their dog, sometimes on short notice, and the options are either word-of-mouth, scattered Facebook groups, or apps that are slow, complex, or simply not available in Israel.
The result is anxiety on both sides, owners can't verify who's walking their dog or see what's happening in real time, and a simple booking turns into a multi-step chore. The goal: a calm, trustworthy, two-tap experience from “I need a walk” to “my dog is on a walk.”
To validate the problem and size the demand, I built and distributed a structured questionnaire covering how people currently arrange walks, their biggest frustrations, and what would make them trust an app with their dog. The signal was strong and consistent:
Owners prioritise trust, transparency and flexibility. They want to choose walkers by reviews, certifications and availability, expect a smooth booking flow, and need to personalise each walk around their dog's habits and health.

“It's really hard to find time to walk my dogs between meetings and training. I just need someone reliable to help me out when I'm stuck.”
I benchmarked the three leading dog-walking platforms to find where PpTime could win: speed for urgent needs, local availability, and a booking flow that doesn't get in the way of trust.
Every insight mapped to a concrete product decision. These six principles guided every screen.
Make urgent walk requests quick and effortless.
Experience, ratings, certifications and preferences up front.
Enter → choose → confirm. Nothing in between.
Owners leave key instructions for each individual dog.
Verified walkers and secure, transparent payments.
Built to extend into daycare and vet-on-demand.
A flat, four-pillar structure keeps the urgent path short while giving owners a clear home for bookings, walkers and their own profile.
The core booking journey, from opening the app to a walk in progress, designed to stay short even with personalisation.
Hover a step to lift it · click any step to jump into the live prototype above.
Low-fidelity screens to pressure-test the flow and hierarchy before adding any visual polish.

Friendly enough to feel like part of the dog-loving community, structured enough to trust with a booking and a payment. Green leads for primary actions and trust; warm browns carry the playful, doggy personality.
Rounded, bubbly and approachable, the brand's playful voice.
Clean, highly legible UI type across a 62 → 11 px scale on a 6-column grid.
A few launch posts showing how PpTime's playful, trustworthy voice carries into social, warm tone, bold type, and a lot of very good dogs.
PpTime started from a real, validated frustration and stayed disciplined about one thing: trust, end to end.
Anchoring every screen to a research insight kept the flow short and the trust signals (reviews, verification, live tracking) front and centre.
Usability testing on the urgent “book now” path, and validating pricing transparency and the care-notes step with real owners.
Daycare and vet-on-demand reuse the same trust system and booking flow, a natural next chapter.
